Southampton Business School is fortunate to have its own team dedicated to Careers & Employability, called CEPAR (Careers, Employability, Placements and Alumni Relations). Whether you are looking to secure your dream graduate role, find work experience or improve your confidence and networking skills, the team is on hand to support and signpost you to relevant support!
CEPAR’s aim is to have student employability and experiential learning at the core of Southampton Business School’s delivery. CEPAR want Students to not only acquire knowledge and theory from leading academics in their field, but to be able to apply that knowledge to solve real-world challenges.
The team ensure students start their employability journey early by presenting them with the scope to develop their skills and embrace career opportunities. Working with both undergraduate and postgraduate Southampton Business School students, CEPAR encourage students to build up their portfolio of employment-related activities, ultimately providing them with the tools they need to build their LinkedIn profiles and secure the best possible jobs.
